Noel Gallagher, former singer of Oasis, has once again made some remarks on One Direction. He aims at Harry Styles and former member Zayn Malik this time. In his remarks, the rockstar mentioned that there is lack of star power in Styles and that Malik will find it really difficult to come out with a solo album.
This is not the first time that Noel Gallagher has expressed his dissatisfaction towards the British boyband. This time, he expressed his opinion during an interview with Esquire magazine. He claims that there is not enough spirit in Harry Styles and said that fame has been wasted on him.
According to International Business Times, Gallagher also said that Styles does not have anything to say about himself. While that’s alright for some, he adds that unfortunately, one cannot download enough of spirit from the internet.
He then tackled Malik, the former fifth member of the boy band. Gallagher then mentioned that the former 1D member may have been working on a guitar since an early age but still has not reached a measurable goodness.
“God help f*****g Zayn Malik.” he adds for emphasis.
At the time when Malik decided to quit the boy band, Gallagher mentioned that it is what you will expect from a 22-year old. According to MailOnline, Gallagher added that Malik may have desired to have a normal life of a 22-year old, but it is not possible to do so now. He also gives unsolicited advise to hire an accountant instead.
Galagher, who has been quite outspoken, has also discouraged the music created by One Direction. He has called their music very dreadful.
