Liam Payne finally feels that they have arrived and found closure. Five years and a legion of fans later, the band is in the position to command attention. Everybody is talking about these boys. And everybody wants to keep talking about them. Everybody wants to stop these boys from taking a hiatus and everybody just wants to know what these kids will be up to when they finally stop singing together.

Well, we’ve heard of Louis Tomlinson’s plans and now we find out that Payne is feeling super contented right now. He is in his special place. He muses that his fans have made his band big. He talks about his latest song, “History” in a very fond way.

“More than anything, the song is about the way the fans and everyone have created this massive thing – One Direction – over the past five years,” Payne said.

The song, “History,” is a good indication of One Direction’s success. The last line of the chorus is performed by One Direction’s fans who were waiting to see them outside of the studio. Payne confesses that it was his idea to include that chorus. After all, fans were an important part of the success. He wanted them to close the album for One Direction.

It’s good to see that the band is going strong even after Zayn Malik’s exit. Way to go, One Direction! Keep playing good music!
