One Direction (1D) is set to take a break next year and part of their plans during hiatus is to pursue solo careers. Read on.
According to reports, during the span of their break, 1D band members Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson are also planning to simply stay at home to rest and spend time with their families whom they’ve hardly seen over the last five years since they dominated the music industry.
Each member, as reported by Unreality TV, is believed to prepare for their solo careers. The 21-year-old Styles is rumored to have already written his 20 solo songs beforehand and is also planning to try his luck in acting.
Moreover, the 22-year-old Payne will focus on songwriting and music production. Tomlinson, on the other hand, is reported to be prepping up for “X Factor” where he will work closely with the boss, Simon Cowell as the latter will teach the 1D member how to find and develop the next singer superstar.
Meanwhile, when it comes to Horan, nothing much is reported aside from being rumored to be in talks to work with 5 Seconds of Summer.
In 5SOS interview with Daily Star, Luke Hemmings, Ashton Irwin, Calum Hood and Michael Clifford expressed their desire in working with Horan.
Hemmings said in the interview that he’d love to write songs for Horan if ever he does a solo album. He also revealed that their band have already written for 1D before and says Horan’s a “good dude.”
“We would love to get involved.” Hemmings said.
On the other hand, One Direction recently released the tracklist for their upcoming album “Made in the AM” this November.
The said tracks were revealed by the members via Snapchat and it includes: Hey Angel, Drag Me Down, Perfect, Infinity, Olivia and Walking in the Wind.
