One Direction recently took to Twitter and updated their fans on their varying pre-Christmas plans.
Harry Styles wished his 18,319,376 Twitter followers a Merry Christmas and shared what he’ll be up to for the next few days.
Harry tweeted: “I hope everyone has a lovely Christmas. Thank you for everything. I’m going to sleep for a while. Wake me up for dinner please. H .xx”
It seems like Harry is in a mood to relax his time and enjoy his Christmas break after the band’s mammoth world tour. But the same couldn’t be said for the rest of his band mates.
Niall Horan was looking forward to spend Christmas eve with his family but the heavy storm delayed his plans as he found it difficult to get a flight from London to Mullingar in Ireland. Niall also took to Twitter and shared his frustration at not being able to get back home.
“Well this is sh*t! Looks like we ain’t goin home for Xmas! F**k you wind,” the singer posted to his 16,220,030 followers.
Willie Devine also shared his frustration and tweeted a plea for Christmas dinner.
“Wanted: two spaces at a Christmas dinner table this side of the Irish Sea for myself and @NiallOfficial. (sic)” Willie wrote.
Since then, the die hard fans responded and offered the pair a dozens of places to spend Christmas.
But it looks like Niall eventually has come up with a back up plan.
“Looks like we’ll just put the heating back on! Go food shoppin ! (sic)” he added.
Directioners’ then got ‘#getniallhomeforchristmas’ trending on the social networking website to try and help the pop star. © Cover Media
