Orange is The New Black” Season 3 has premiered and the ladies of Litchfield are back. Here I am, giving you the episode 1 “It’s the Great Blumpkin, Charlie Brown” recap:

The first episode focused on Mother’s Day at Litchfield. The children of the inmates came to visit to celebrate the day. However, it’s not this day that made the first episode exciting but Alex’s return after Piper told Larry that she was supposed to skip town. Piper pretended to be shocked when she saw her there and she listened to Alex’s rants but she didn’t tell her that she ratted her out to save her from the drug lord who wants to kill her. In the world of Litchfield, it’s only a matter of time before the truth comes out and hell break loose.

Meanwhile, Red is out from the hospital after taking a beating out of Vee and she was assigned to Rosa’s bed. She was also visited by her sons and her husband but no one dared tell her that the store is closed. Nicki still has Vee’s stash of heroin and she and Big Boo is planning to smuggle is through a tunner. However, that tunnel doesn’t exist anymore. Due to the stash that she’s guarding with all her life, she spends most of her time in the laundry room and this made Angie think that she has a crush on her.

Daya kept on pressuring Bennett to be a part of the family but when he tried, Caputo called him out for acting inappropriately. Daya’s mother now knows that Pornstarche’s mom is very rich and lives in Greenwich and Aleida stole the letter that Mendez’s mom wrote for Daya.

We also met Deputy Rogers who will work with Healy but Healy doesn’t like her.
