When “Orphan Black” Season 2 wrapped up, we knew right away that there are going to be male clones in the upcoming season, and it’s just in because we got the first look of a male clone! Read below for the full details.

It looks like the male clones have more going on than the female clones because since they’re stepping in the picture, they know their game and know how to get what they want. There’s really a huge threat coming to Alison’s crew because Rudy and his “crew” has a close bond, and they really know how to get the ball rolling. Even though each clone has different personalities, their histories are not all that messed up unlike the female ones, which allows them to work harmoniously.

Ari Millen, who will play the role of Rudy, didn’t know that he was going to play his role until later.

“In the process of season two, we cast Ari in the role of Mark, but that character was interesting, because originally we were going to kill him. But it was a little bit of an organic process: who was going to be the face of Project Castor? And partway throughout season two, we realized our answer, and that’s how that came to be,” said John Fawcet, the co-creator of the show, on The Hollywood Reporter.

In order to prepare for his new role in the show, he watched Tatiana Maslany on how she manages to play the roles of different women in the show. BBC released a new photo of the new clones, Rudy. Millen said that Rudy is very intense and dangerous.
