“Parks and Recreation” fans, we know you are eagerly anticipating the return of the series and we have some amazing news for you. To make the wait bearable, we have some spoilers for you. Read on for more details.
According to The Wrap, the season finale of “Parks and Recreation” took us three years after the recent events that have happened on their finale in the town of Pawnee. We can now expect Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler) with triplets and her husband, Ben (Adam Scott) running from his office.
The surprising Season 6 finale made fans wonder on where the upcoming seventh and final season of the series will pick up. It was after the series was renewed again by NBC for its 7th season.
“Parks and Recreation” star Amy Poehler shared her views before the season finale of “Parks and Recreation” Season 7.
“What’s exciting about working on ‘Parks’ always is that we keep moving things forward and never kind of sitting still as far as what happens to people. I think fans of ours will be really excited coming into season 7 about what this season’s finale will mean,” Poehler said in The Wrap interview.
Also, a character is coming back to the show. TV Line reported that Megan Mullaly, who played the role of Tammy. will appear again in the second episode of the seventh season of the show, titled “Ron & Jammy.” This sounds interesting. Rachel Dratch will also appear for one episode and she will play the nanny to Leslie and Ben’s triplets.
Season 7 of “Parks and Recreation” marks the show’s final season and we can’t wait to see how things will turn out.
