It was recently revealed that Keith David is going to appear in the science fiction crime drama series, ‘Person of Interest.’
‘Person of Interest’ season 5 will show new characters. Keith David is going to guest star in an episode of ‘Person of Interest.’ Fashion n Style quoted Entertainment Weekly that Keith David will play Terence Beale. The new character will be a smart alecky supervisor CIA agent who has a few cunning secrets that would shock most people.
Audiences will recall that in the Season 4 finale, Machine had taken on the Samaritan and had barely managed to escape to a place of safety. We are not sure how the new character is going to fit in into the plot but the character does seem to promise that there will be a new twist in the story in season 5. With new plot twists, the show may get harder to follow, but, hey, if it ain’t crooked, it ain’t science fiction.
David is most famous for his role in the 1988 satirical science fiction film “They Live.” He played Frank Armitage who is given special contact lenses to spot the aliens living among humans and generally causing mayhem.
It looks like the man is always on the lookout to star in comedies. He has been keeping busy with roles in television sitcoms like the acclaimed FOX sitcom, ‘Enlisted’ and the meta humor heavy sitcom, ‘Community.’ He is also working for Comedy Central. He has starred in Comedy Central’s ‘Big Time in Hollywood, FL.’ It remains to be seen if David will put a much needed fresh comedic twist in the new season of ‘Person of interest.’
Audiences probably already know that ‘Person of Interest’ season 5 will air soon. This would probably be a mid-season release on CBS. There have been rumors floating around that this might be the final season of the show, but these rumors have not been confirmed by the cast or the crew.
