Peter Cullen, best known for lending his voice to the Autobot leader, Optimus Prime in the original animated series and the live-action movie says in his interview with Cinemablend that he is interested in seeing Bay again for the fifth “Transformers” film.
“I have a great deal of respect for him. He generates a great deal of excitement and energy. He’s really a hands-on director. My son is a stunt man and worked in Chicago doing a lot of the driving sequences…he said he’s a very, very diligent, hands-on guy. He creates a great deal of energy and puts everybody on their toes. I would certainly miss him. I think he’s brilliant, his mind is unbelievable “says Cullen, “Michael if you’re [reading] this, I certainly hope you are coming back.”
Bay who planned to quit the franchise after completing its first trilogy, was not able to do so, being drawn back to helm its 4th installment “Age of Extinction”. The film features an entirely new cast of human characters and is the first in the series to feature the Dinobots while returning Transformers include Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Ratchet, Leadfoot, Brains and Megatron who now goes by the moniker Galvatron.
