Latest Update On Pirates of the Caribbean 5

The upcoming installment was unveiled at CinemaCon in Las Vegas recently. The attendees of the events praised the film and it was met with positive reviews. The initial reactions of the audience, press members, and guests were encouraging. It seems that the film is going to be a huge success at the box office and will revive the entire franchise.

Several editors of top websites have given wonderful reviews calling it one of the best films of the franchise so far. Indeed, that surely has raised everyone’s expectation for the film. It is known that this film is a reboot of the franchise and will bring a subtle reminiscence of the first film, which features the love saga of Will Turner & Elizabeth Swann. This film will be introducing two new characters who are likely to become the new Turner and Swann of the film. However, nothing has been officially mentioned about that but it is speculated that they will take over the film from here.

Pirates of the Caribbean 5 will feature the return of Armando Salazar who was cursed by Captain Jack Sparrow when he was young. Salazar was trapped in Devil’s Triangle and returns with his ghost army to kill each and every pirate of the ocean. In order to save his life, Sparrow reunites with frenemy Captain Hector Barbossa to seek Trident of Poseidon, which gives total control of the sea to its possessor.

There will be a special sequence of Turner reuniting with his son Henry Turner played by Brenton Thwaites. He looks very much like his father and he will accompany Sparrow on the journey like his father did in the first part. It is speculated that the film will feature a lot of resemblance from the first part.

The trailer unveils a brief of the story about how Salazar is desperately looking for Sparrow. He wants to seek revenge for the curse he faced due to him all these years. The two new characters can be seen in the trailer Carina Smyth and Brenton Thwaites can be seen in the trailer who have their own objective with this journey.

The character of Smyth is quite similar to Swann as they both initially did not believe in ghosts until they became a part of such things. Though the characters are not exactly similar but they tend to bring several common things in their characters and portrayal.
