Johnny Depp is back as captain Jack Sparrow along with ghosts in the “Pirates of the Caribbean 5” but sadly he won’t be there for too long. The “Pirates of the Caribbean” franchise is one of Disney’s most successful movies, earning about 1 billion dollars worldwide on its last installment “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger’s Tide.” For the fifth installment of the hilarious pirate movie, the crew is back to battle sea ghosts.

So, what is going to happen in this fifth, and according to rumors, final installment of the “Pirates of the Carribean” where captain Jack Sparrow is the lead?

One thing we know is that Jack Sparrow is finally going to put his pirate hat down and live a life governed by law. You think this is too farfetched? Well, throughout the “Pirates of the Caribbean” series we’ve seen Navy men transform into pirates (like James Norrington played by Jack Davenport) and pirates swearing an oath to serve the crown (like Captain Hector Barbosa played by Geoffrey Rush). So if you think the free-spirited Captain Jack Sparrow might be immune to this kind of transition, given his Topsy-turby shenanigans when it comes to his own survival, think again.

The settling gig for Depp’s character is more of a send off rather than a “to be continued” kind of gig, as reported by Inquisitr. There have been rumors floating around that the iconic pirate is soon to be replaced by another actor due to his current relations with the film crew.

Aside from this settling down business, the movie’s plot also showcases the Captain’s old enemies which is lead by Captain Salazar in the form of ghosts, Sea ghosts to be exact, as reported by IbTimes. This ghostly enemy is probably why Depp goes hunting for something with supernatural powers, Poseidon’s Trident. In addition, this very reason is why we’ll see Tim Turner, played by Orlando Bloom and now known as having the powers of Davy Jones, back in action.
