“Pitch Perfect 3” is all set to thrill the fans once again and is expected to come up as the best among the “Pitch Perfect” movies so far, but in a new direction. The fan-favorite star cast of the movie Rebel Wilson and of course, Anna Kendrick is returning. Read on to know more details.
Recently, Kendrick visited GMA and made it clear that the cast is very much excited about the movie “Pitch Perfect 3.” “It’s happening. It’s so exciting. I’m really excited about the third one. We are going to make the third one first thing next year,” she said.
Kendrick has no doubt revealed about the cast’s excitement, but she also put light on something that may freak the fans. As per Kendrick, “Pitch Perfect 3” is moving towards a new direction. She candidly said that almost all want to do something different and they indeed feel excited about it.
It may be changing up the structure or something and doing something really creative, Kendrick added about the movie.
The movie is set to be written by Kay Cannon, but it is yet to be decided whether Elizabeth Banks is returning as director, however, she still holds the seat of one of the producers. Paul Brooks and Scott Niemeyer are the other two producers for the movie.
Meanwhile, a Dubsmash competition has been announced, where one of the fans can win a role in the film. As per BBC, Universal has made the announcement for an audition, which the fans can give virtually through the mobile app, Dubsmash.
They need to recreate a clip from the film by using the app, and then post it on their Instagram, Twitter, or Vine with the hashtag #PitchSmashUK.
The entry with the most artistic clip and the best lip synching skills will be awarded with a lifetime trip, name in movie credits, and also bragging rights.
The winner of the competition is set to be announced on September 21, 2015.
