As on Sep. 8, 2014, Royal family has officially announced the news of their second pregnancy. Paparazzi and people both are now on officially waiting on news about the royal pregnancy. They started speculating whether she is having brother or a little sister for George. Read on for Movie News Guide (MNG) report on the Duke and the Duchess of Cambridge’s second pregnancy.
Prince Charles, 65, who is going to a grandfather again expressed his bliss on the news and said that he would be happier if it will be a girl this time.
“It’s wonderful to be a grandfather again,” “I’m looking forward to it—but I hope it will be a girl this time.” Charles, 65, said during a visit with a young entrepreneur helped by the charity “The Prince’s Trust” according to BBC News.
According to Star Magazine, the couple is also expecting a daughter this time. Taking into account Prince William and Kate Middleton’s decision to name their first child HRH Prince George, after his great-great-grandfather King George VI, there is the probability to name the second child also after their family members.
“Kate says she’s got a feeling this baby will be a girl – a little princess. She and William are so convinced the baby will be a female; in fact, they have already chosen her name: Margaret, after the Queen Elizabeth II’s younger sister, Princess Margaret, who died in 2002.” “The Queen became quite teary-eyed when Kate and William told her,” claimed Star’s inside source in the September 22nd edition of the tabloid.
It was also reported that the royal couple allegedly have considered naming the baby girl after William’s mother, the late Princess Diana. It seems that Camilla Parker-Bowles and Prince Charles are not in favor of it. Naming the baby after the late Princess Margaret would be a good decision as Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles will love the idea and most probably Camilla Parker-Bowles won’t be having any issues with this name.
While the Palace royalties are already set on having a royal baby girl, bookmakers have been busy speculating the gender and name of second royal child. “New York Daily News,” spoke with gambling firm Ladbrokes, who offered up the odds they have calculated for the Duke and the Duchess of Cambridge’s second child: “Ladbrokes began offering 4-to-5 odds that Kate Middleton will give birth to a boy…The firm said it is an ‘even money shot’ that Will and Kate will have a daughter… James is an early favorite from Ladbrokes with 6-to-1 odds, while Arthur, Elizabeth and Victoria all have 8-to-1 odds,” stated gambling firm Ladbrokes.
