‘Real Housewives’ Actress To Come Out Of Prison Just Days Before Christmas

The “Real Housewives” actress, Teresa Giudice is getting freed from prison just before Christmas. It has been almost year or so since Teresa Giudice has been behind the bars.

The 43-year-old Giudice, who has been serving 15 months sentence for mail and wire fraud, would be released from Danbury Federal Correctional Institution in Connecticut days before Christmas, reports Vulture. It has been confirmed by her lawyer that New Jersey’s “Real Housewives” actress would be freed on Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015.

As soon as she comes out of prison, she would head straight towards her home in Montville and which is dwelled by her husband, Joe Giudice and 4 daughters. It has also been reported that the “Real Housewives” actress would stay in home confinement till Feb. 5, 2016.

According to Yahoo, Teresa’s attorney, James Leonard Jr. has stated that his client is cheerful about coming back home. Though reluctant to provide more details, he divulged that he has plans to take Teresa back home by driving himself.

Teresa’s freedom was suspended when she was found guilty in a bankruptcy fraud and since then she is in prison. Both Teresa and Joe had agreed that they hid several assets that belonged to bankruptcy creditors before the judge. They also admitted that they deposited some fake loan applications with the objective to gain $5 million or so in construction loans and mortgages.

Teresa Giudice’s husband also pleaded guilty for his inability to pay the taxes. It has been reported that Joe’s 41-month sentence would commence in March in the Federal Correctional Institution at Fort Dix in southern Jersey.

Taking consideration of the fact that the couple has children to bring up, the federal judge had staggered their sentence. It has also been learnt that since Joe Giudice is not an American citizen, he might be expatriated to Italy as soon as he finishes his sentence.
