“Real Housewives of New York” cast member Heather Thomson and Bethenny Frankel are going through the lawsuit actions. Thompson is allegedly taking it to the court to battle against her manager and Frankel is going to sue Travis and Stacey Labarge for their respective reasons. The 45-year-old Heather Thomson is embroiled in a lawsuit with Eric Rothfeld the manager and co-owner of the athletic wear company they run together. The reality shows star wants to fire him over the reasons that he did not allow the shoot of “Real Housewives of New York” in company premises, which in turn resulted in the loss of money and time both.
According to US Magazine, Thomson stated that her lawyers are working on the case and have advised her not to speak anything at this point of time. She did mention that she wishes to resolve things faster in order to get back to her business full-fledged. She has already left the show to concentrate entirely on her company stating the reasons hectic shoot schedule.
Thompson further added that she is done with all the pros of three long years with the “Real Housewives of NY” and there nothing left to explore.
Frankel, on the other hand, is battling the lawsuit for her own lifestyle and wellness brand Skinnygirl, she started in 2009. She has filed a lawsuit against Travis and Stacey Labarge. The case also claimed that Skinnygirl Tea is a copy of Frankel’s product.
Frankel’s’ spokesperson stated that any intellectual violation of Skinnygirl will be taken seriously and if required will be taken for legal action too.
