“Real Housewives of New York” (RHONY) is already preparing for its Season 8, and it seems like another cast member is set to leave — Bethenny Frankel. Read on!
We all know that Bethenny Frankel has a big part in saving the struggling “Real Housewives of New York” reality show and vice versa—how the TV series helped her regain what she lost during her divorce with Jason Hoppy. However, it seems like she’s once again thinking of having an extended hiatus just like what she did before.
The 44-year-old reality TV star, Frankel is planning to take another step for her career and this time, she doesn’t know whether that plan will include “RHONY or not, as she clearly told People that she is having a lot of different opportunities right now, and she just doesn’t want to experience what happened before “where it was just non-stop.”
During an interview with the magazine, last Tuesday at the Skinnygirl Cocktails & Cycling event in New York, the RHONY star opened up a little bit about her future with Bravo.
According to Frankel, she was really grateful with her comeback even though she knows that it will certainly have pressures attached to it. She also said that she appreciates being herself, being honest and being able to let out her thoughts on the things she thinks are really silly.
“Having that be my job is pretty awesome. The fans were happy that I was back. I felt really embraced,” Frankel shared with the magazine
However, even though she expressed her happiness on getting another chance on RHONY after a three-season hiatus and describes her return as “eerily great,” it seems like she’s still having second thoughts whether she would return for another season or she will have another long break.
Bethenny Frankel is currently having demanding schedules; she is not just a reality TV star, a host, and an author, but a businesswoman too. During her long break, Mail Online reported that the multitasker star had her attention in building her cocktail company, as well as spending time with Bryn, her five-year-old daughter.
Having a lot of these things on her hand may just push her forward on deciding to let go “Real Housewives of New York, which totally make sense as we all know how much drama this show can add up to her stressful life.
Frankel also acknowledges this problem in her interview by saying, “I’m weighing a bunch of different opportunities and deciding how I want to spend my time. I never want to go back to that place I was at a couple years ago where it was just non-stop. I felt like I was on a ride and I wanted to get off.”
