Real Housewives of Orange County: Oh, Can You Say, Fake!

‘The Real Housewives of Orange County” (RHOC) episode aired on Sept. 1, 2015, looked genuine but was totally scripted. The episode, which was about Tamra and Eddie Judge’s sex-themed party to promote their gym, was really an epic fail, even though the screen filming seemed to state otherwise. Read on for more details.

Reality TV thrives on fake drama and the Reality TV shows are scripted around pointless drama. Even so, the last episode of RHOC stood out as incredibly fake and contrived, more so than most episodes.

The Sept. 1 episode of the reality series was so full of sexual innuendos and sleaze that it must have made some deviant minds very happy. It was full of fights too, as per usual. Tamra and Eddie Judge had apparently thrown a sex-themed part. It was all boring until Barney, who has a very questionable reputation, as it were, pulled at Meghan Edmond’s shirt to display her breasts. Classy, guys! Real classy! What with Tamra showing her hubby and her own sex tape and Meghan Edmonds breasts, the show hit a new low on content, as far as we can see.

The way we see it, the entertainment available through television is getting sleazier than ever. The average show writers are so far removed from their imagination that when they are asked to spin a tale, all they can come up with is exposed breasts and sex tapes. Any number of things could have taken place at a sex-themed party. People could have read up on Tantra, talked about healing their sexual energy, but all they did was expose somebody’s breasts and talk about a sex tape. Is it just us, or is the general IQ of story writers going down every year? Why do people like this show? I guess it is only being watched for its shock value appeal.
