The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 10 episode 7 will see the cast members battle their own problems. Vicki will grieve over her mother’s death and try to contact her spirit through a medium.
Episode six of season 10 began with the Edmondses packing their stuff to move out of the house that they had sold recently. The audiences were clued in about Meghan’s laziness when the camera caught Jimmy packing boxes while Meghan complained about him not doing anything and guzzled coffee.Their new place is somewhat inconvenient at least as far as Meghan is concerned. It is almost next door to Shannon’s house. Audiences will remember that Meghan and Shannon don’t get along. Apparently, now that they are going to live in the same neighborhood, Shannon extended a hand of friendship and Meghan, somewhat reluctantly, accepted it. This bit seemed a bit contrived in a show that looks artificial even on its good days.
Next Vicki talked about coffee enemas, while she was lounging at a day spa with her friend, Tamra. They discussed Tamra’s pending grandmotherhood. Tamra lamented that she wasn’t sure how being a grandma is going to change her. She vowed to never wear granny panties, musing in a paranoid fashion that they are issued by the government. The episode then showed Shannon get hot and fuming over her husband’s supposed infidelity and his running into “that girl” again. Audiences by now will have realized that “that girl” is supposed to be the girl her husband had cheated on her with.
Thirty minutes into the show, we were given the news of the sad demise of Vicki Gunvalson’s mother. Trust a reality TV show to cash in on such a personal and tragic moment in somebody’s life! But this part of the show felt uncomfortably real and we felt a surge of sympathy for Vicki.
The next episode from season 10 will show Vicki consulting a medium in an effort to communicate with her mother. Shannon will try to shed pounds; Meghan will apparently try to teach her stepdaughter responsibility; and the ladies will plan to get together for a night of bowling and fun.
