The CW’s “Reign” Season 2 will not air until September 2014. To save us from the months-long of waiting, Deadline has a treat for us about a new regular cast in the show. Proceed with caution. This article contains “Reign” Season 2 spoilers. Read only if you want to learn more about it.

Jonathan Keltz who portrays the role of Leith, is promoted as a regular cast member, which means that we will see him more often now starting in the Season 2 of “Reign.” Leith is a kitchen servant and Greer’s (Celina Sinden) love interest. His status has been promoted from nobody to a somebody when he saved the life of Francis (Toby Regbo) while in battle. Now with a position that he himself can boast to other nobles, Greer, unfortunately, turned him down. We recalled Leith having told Greer that he would spend his lifetime getting rich, and she would never have Leith again.

Keltz’s character, in the Season 1 finale of “Reign,” met Yvette, who happens to be Lord Castleroy’s (Michael Therriault) daughter. We will find out more about the turn of events, with this developing love triangle or perhaps web in particular, in “Reign” Season 2.

More spoilers for you guys. In an interview with Assignment X, Torrance Coombs addressed the question whether Bash would become a prince now that his brother is the king. He explained that Bash was in court for the reason that King Henry (Alan Van Sprang) allowed him there. Now that he was dead, it is up to his brother, Francis,  whether he would let Bash stay or not. As for Queen Catherine (Megan Follows), she sees Bash as a threat to Francis’ rule. Definitely, she does not want Bash around. However, Francis will rely on Bash.

Moreover, Bash also talked about Pascal (Lucius Hoyos) and his guest appearances in the show. He elaborated that the kid might still hold a grudge against him because he had killed his father and his mentor, the Darkness.
