Speculations about the state of Rihanna’s relationship with rumored beau Leonardo DiCaprio can now lay to rest, as the music artist recently spoke about her current status. Read on.
Neither Rihanna nor DiCaprio have denied nor confirmed any of the rumors involving the two of them in the past. According to a few rumors, the Hollywood heavy weight apparently gifted the Grammy winner with her own room in his house so that they could move in together. But while touring to promote her latest movie “Home” with Jim Parsons, Rihanna finally spoke out and said that she’s still single and definitely looking to mingle.
“I’m looking for a man who could tolerate my schedule. Someone man enough to do that and not get scared, because I don’t have a lot of time to offer,” said the star, as published on MTV UK. The 27 year old Dior spokesperson also warned her fans to stay off blog sites, where apparently, these rumors about her and Leo started spreading.
Back in January, the two were linked because they were seen getting cozy at the Playboy mansion party and from there, the stories escalated, with the “couple” said to be getting serious. Leo apparently wanted to bring RiRi to a cousin’s wedding.
The single life, however, doesn’t seem to upset Rihanna one bit though, especially after her failed relationship with Chris Brown. She may have picked up a valuable life lesson or two from this experience saying that women in relationships should learn to respect themselves.
“The more we respect ourselves the more men will respect us.” The “Umbrella” songstress said.
Yet, like many other women, Rihanna still dreams of being wooed and swept off her feet with the simplest things. She admits to liking balloons that “brings out the little girl in me.”
She also says there are two sides to her — the fierce, strong and passionate side, as well as the vulnerable side. So, any guy who might take interest should take note of what this single girl wants carefully.
