Actor Ryan Reynolds proves how versatile of an actor he is when he recently spoofed Hugh Jackman–while in “Deadpool” make-up. Read on for more details!

People Magazine reports that Reynolds did the spoof to ask fans to support the Australian actor, Jackman for People’s Sexiest Man Alive. “G’day mate, Hugh Jackman here. Just reminding you to get your votes in for People’s Sexiest Man Alive. Cover’s coming up.” Reynolds said in a thick Australian accent.

Reynolds and Jackman have both previously appeared on the magazine’s cover, with the “Wolverine” star having his turn in 2008 and the “Green Lantern” star in 2010. The Sexiest Man Alive will be announced on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on November 17.

Speaking of “Deadpool” and “Wolverine”—according to Screen Rant, it is known that this is not Reynolds’ initial comic book movie or the first time for him to play Wade Wilson.

Deadpool’s appearance in “X-Men: Origins Wolverine” made a loud buzz about the much-loved character. The excitement and anticipation of fans had been confirmed after a test footage displaying Deadpool thrashing a car full of criminals was leaked.

In a dialogue with Collider, Reynolds said that making that comic book movie was really enjoyable, although it is not accurately kid and family friendly.

“Every comic book movie I go to nobody f—ing dies! We get an opportunity to do this in a way that follows all the scripture that Deadpool’s laid out, which is fourth-wall breaking, that kind of mercenary sensibility and humor and then we also have this opportunity, which is very rare in this world, to do something that’s not necessarily for just kids.”

Mark your calendars. “Deadpool” hits theaters on February 12, 2016; “X-Men: Apocalypse” on May 27, 2016; “Gambit” on October 7, 2016; “Wolverine 3” on March 3, 2017; and “Fantastic Four 2” on June 9, 2017.
