The Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, revealed what she thinks Princess Diana would have been as a grandmother to Prince George. The Duchess also spilled details about what she thinks of Kate Middleton, Prince William and her former husband, Prince Andrew, who’s currently in the midst of a scandal. Read on to learn more about this scoop.

The Duchess of York opened up about her thoughts about the royal family and how Princess Diana would have been as a grandmother in an interview with “The Meredith Vieira Show.” The Duchess said that Princess Di “would have just been the naughtiest, funniest and the best ever just because she loved her boys so much.” The Duchess added that Princess Diana would have been proud of them and what they have achieved in their lives.

The Duchess also spoke highly of Prince William, Prince Harry and Kate Middleton (whom she said was incredible). She said that Prince William and Harry are “extraordinary boys” and added that everyone needs to hear more about “goodness” about the royal family, which Princess Diana loved.

When asked about the new royal baby’s sex and name, which was rumored to be a girl named “Diana,” the Duchess said that she does not know of any details about the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s new baby. Rumors about the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have also surfaced on the Internet, and the Duchess of York said that she believes in love and the goodness in it. She said that Prince William and Catherine are “a beautiful example of a great family” and how much they love their son. She also gushed about how “delicious” and “squishy” Prince George is, saying you’d “want to eat him.”

The Duchess was also asked about the allegations fired at her former husband, Prince Andrew. She immediately defended Prince Andrew.

“Knowing him as I know him, he’s one of the greatest men I’ve ever met in my life,” the Duchess remarked.

She added that what Prince Andrew and other members of the royal family are going through is “defamation of character,” saying that the reports are a complete opposite of a person’s character.
