How would you like to see Carrie Bradshaw again? But before you get too excited, we are not talking about her return as Carrie Bradshaw in HBO's "Sex and the City." We are talking about Sarah Jessica Parker. Read on for further details.
The show is titled as “Divorce,” and Parker is in talks with HBO on doing the project. Not only will she be the main lead of the show, but she will also produce it.
“Divorce” is based on the story of a middle-aged woman who got provoked by her single friends that she divorce her husband. She doesn’t believe that she can do it until her husband caught her in an affair and called the marriage off.
If ever the show gets picked up for series, Sharon Horgan and Paul Simms will be showrunners. After “Sex and the City,” Parker appeared in “Glee” Season 4, and who knows, she might just have her own TV series once again. With the success of “Sex and the City,” fans will definitely root for her to take the deal.
Currently, this is the latest comedy project in the works for HBO. And with Parker and HBO working together? We think something awesome is coming.
