Seth Rogen discussed about his upcoming projects in an interview during the press rounds for “Steve Jobs.” Read more to know what the actor reveals about “Neighbors 2,” “Preacher,” and “Console Wars.”
“Steve Jobs” is the 2015 biopic film of Steve Jobs, the American businessman and the co-founder of Apple Inc. Danny Boyle is the director of the film, and it is set to release in USA on October 9. According to COLLIDER, we would see Seth Rogen not as a funnyman but as a different personality through his role as Steve Wozniak in Danny Boyle’s upcoming movie “Steve Jobs.”
Rogen first discussed about the “Neighbors” sequel. Being the producer and cast of the Universal comedy film’s sequel, he revealed that the movie’s progress is going great. He even said that the current title of the sequel is “Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising.” He also confirmed that Chloe Grace Moretz would join the cast and shine in the film.
Rogen disclosed that he has been watching several Pixar and Marvel films while working for “Neighbors 2,” reported CINEMA BLEND.
Being the director of “Console Wars” along with Evan Goldberg, the actor also commented about the film, reported COLLIDER. The actor said that the upcoming movie that is expected to be released next year is going well. He revealed that they are completing the “documentary element” of the film first, based on which they would decide the next play of the film.
“Console Wars” is about the “rivalry between SEGA and Nintendo.” The movie is the film adaptation of Blake J. Harris book of the same title. Rogen is also the writer of the film.
Finally, Rogen talked about “Preacher,” an upcoming 2016 AMC’s TV series developed by Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg and Sam Catlin. He disclosed that the filming of the series would begin in January or February. He also admitted that it has been amazing to collaborate with AMC as the network has been “very open and not restrictive.”
The series is an adaptation of the “Preacher” comic book series created by writer Garth Ennis and artist Steve Dillon.
