‘So You Think You Can Dance’ Cast Update: Travis Wall Reveals His Top Contenders Yet

Travis Wall found it difficult to move on from the recent “So You Think You Can Dance” Los Angeles performances, especially from a few standouts. Read on for details.

Wall stated on his Entertainment Weekly blog that although several cities promised great talent, L.A. was overflowing with stellar performances. He mentioned names in particular to prove his point. As a choreographer, he got excited during Jim’s performance. He described Jim as “the choreographer’s dream.” He explained that some dance techniques which he could not do would be possible with Jim’s execution.

The star mentor also remembered Avo. He believed Avo is a mature and distinguished ballet dancer. On the other hand, Allen was packed with energy as a ballroom dancer. Aside from Allen’s talent, Wall could not forget his inspiring life story. Wall also liked Cody’s performance.

Wall described Jacy as “one of the prettiest girls” he has ever seen. However, she stood out when Wall noticed a problem with her leg due to a car accident in the past. Wall suddenly remembered his relative, who was told by doctors that he could never do any physical stuff. His relative became a high school baseball team’s all-star pitcher. Despite the leg abnormality, Jacy executed great jumps during her performance.

Stage Team’s mentor revealed his list of dancers to watch out for from the Street Team. He thought Jaja’s confidence after returning to the show is loud, addictive and contagious. He also mentioned Asaf, who is also known as the “Hebrew breaker.” He described Asaf as “one of the most gorgeous guys” he has ever seen. He commended his breakdancing skills and looked forward to how Asaf would perform in Vegas as a breakdancer.

Lastly, Wall promised fans for another exciting episode, which will feature New York.

“So You Think You Can Dance” Season 12 airs every Monday at 8:00 p.m. on FOX.
