We are finally saving goodbye to the close-knit family of motorcycle bikers as FX’s “Sons of Anarchy” (SoA) is set to air its seventh and final season in September 2014. Before you dab your eyes with tissues, the long-running FX series has a lot in store for you! Read on to find out more about the “Sons of Anarchy” Series Finale Season 7 spoilers and cast updates.

Deadline shared the most recent (SoA) Season 7 update that Goth singer Marilyn Manson heads to Central Valley, California to join the kick-ass biker world. He is set to play the role of a supremacist prison shot-caller named Ron Tully, who will be used by Jax (Charlie Hunnam) to expand his reach.

Manson (real name: Brian Hugh Warner) has cameos and guest starring roles in several films and numerous TV series including a cameo in Showtime’s “Californication,” HBO’s “Eastbound and Down” and a role as the voice for the “Shadow” character in ABC’s “Once Upon a Time.” Aside from SoA, his recent TV work include providing the song “Cupid Carries a Gun” for WGN America’s “Salem.

On the other hand, Zap2it reported that SoA creator Kurt Sutter wanted more episodes rather than the usual 13 episodes. He had inquired on ordering additional episodes because of the vast story lines. But, he also said that he will try his best to stick to the usual because of several factors including shouldering the licensing fee from the network.

We also got the latest dibs on the future of the SoA characters (and creator) including their other shows that got them really busy for quite a while.

Kurt Stutter. It seems that this SoA will not be stopping any soon after the final season. Deadline reported that FX had given him the green light for “The Bastard Executioner” with Imagine TV’s Brian Grazer.

Drea De Matteo promoted to series regular. According to TV Line, Drea plays the role of Wendy, Jax’s ex and the mother of his child. She will be joined by David LaBrava and Niko Nicotera as the newly promoted regular cast members of SoA.

Annabelle Gish. TV Line exclusively reported that “The Bridge” cast member will join SoA as Althea Jarry. Gish’s character will lead the town as the newest sheriff. With her experience from Stockton’s Operational Unit, she will work on finding the murderers of former Sheriff Eli Roosevelt and Tara Knowles.

No more Hellboy. “Sons of Anarchy” Season 6 has finally marked the last appearance of Ron Perlman as Clay Morrow and Maggie Siff as Tara Knowles. Deadline posted that Perlman is quite busy with Wing and a Prayer Pictures, his newly founded indie film fund and production company.

CCH Pounder and Kim Dickens’ limited appearances. TV Line previously posted that Pounder has been tapped to have a starring role in the upcoming spin-off series, “NCIS: New Orleans” while Dickens had a film role in the 2014 film “Gone Girl.” According to Wikipedia, the other returning guest for SoA are Robert Patrick, Peter Weller, Emilio Rivera and Billy Brown.
