Whitney Sudler-Smith seems to clash with Kathryn Dennis most of the time in Bravo’s hit series “Southern Charm.” Now, what does he have to say about Dennis and her deteriorating relationship with former State treasurer Thomas Ravenel? Read on to find out.
Smith was seen advising Ravenel to end things with Dennis in an episode. According to Bravotv.com’s exclusive interview, he was actually hopeful that the couple would end up together. However, he noticed that both parties have trust issues with each other. He claimed that he was not the only one who pushed Ravenel and Dennis’ breakup. He explained that he would just “mirror” the opinion of Ravenel’s lawyers, family and friends.
“It wasn’t just me, as I would never begrudge anyone happiness. I do wish the best for both of them, whether they’re together or not,” Smith told Bravo.
In a positive note, Smith began talking about his band that performed during the Wounded Warrior Project event. He denied tour speculations and explained that the gig was just an “excuse” for him and his old friends to have fun together.
Like what his co-stars have encountered during their Bravo interview, Smith was asked about the most important lesson he learned in the second season. He believed that he “need to be more sardonic and glib.” However, he took it back.
“Wait…maybe not,” Smith said.
Does Smith have any regrets as a “Southern Charm” Season 2 star? He just answered that he sometimes wanted to be “outrageous” and “snobby.” But, he thought that it was not necessary.
“Southern Charm” Season 2 airs every Monday at 10:00 p.m. on Bravo.
