A new rumor about Spider-Man to be in Marvel’s two-part “Avengers: Infinity War” pics has emerged online. Read on to learn more about this scoop.
According to Latino Review, a deal has been struck between Marvel and Sony that will bring New York’s friendly web head into the ranks of Earth’s mightiest heroes, specifically in Marvel’s two part mega event “Avengers: Infinity War.” The rumor also suggests that both Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield may suit up both as Spider-Man and meet up in an ala “Spider-Men-style” movie mash-up, while also clearly stating that Spidey will definitely crawl his way into the next “Avenger” pic after “Age of Ultron,” although it is still unknown who will play Peter Parker in Marvel’s pic.
“I don’t have the exact details nor a paper trail, but I’m told we’ll see an MCU Spider-Man in Infinity Wars Part 1, as that was the next logical place to insert him after they missed the window to logically include him in Civil War,” the website wrote.
“The Avengers: Infinity War, Part One and Part Two” will be the two-part sequel in Marvel’s epic superhero-team up pics, “The Avengers” and “Avengers: Age of Ultron,” featuring the Marvel storyline, “Infinity Gauntlet.” Josh Brolin, who made cameos as Thanos in “Avengers” and “Guardians of the Galaxy,” is set to reprise his role as the Mad Titan playing a major role with the plot revolving around the Infinity stones and the Infinity Gauntlet. The films will be the 18th and 21st main installments in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as well as the sixth and ninth in Phase Three. The second part will be the conclusion of the phase as well. Part I is set to be released on May 2, 2018, with Part II being released on May 3, 2019.
