‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens:’ New Alien Characters Revealed

There may be new characters in the new Star Wars movie. There is a buzz on the “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” movie that there will at least be two new characters in the movie which is to premiere in December. This news came via the fan circuit when a fan took photographs of Star Wars theme toys at the local Walmart. It looked like the toys had two new previously unspoken characters that will probably feature in the new movie.

The massive three quarters of a day unboxing event that Lucasfilm has planned for Star Wars for the end of this week is still a few days away, but somebody keen on the Jedi Temple Archives, photographed some really interesting snaps of two new Star War theme toys at a Wal-Mart Store. If the photographs are any indication, the new Star Wars movie will have two new characters. One of them is Sarco Plank and the other is probably named as Asty.

If looks are anything to go by, Sarco Plank will be a resident of the planet Jakku. Readers will remember that Jakku is a desert planet where Rey, who will be played by Daisy Ridley, lived when the story begins. He is probably a junk merchant or something in the film. He could even be a scavenger in the movie.

Asty or Bullhead Asty is probably an X-wing pilot for the resistance. We might have seen Asty before, only he didn’t get much written around him the last time he appeared in the books. Cinema Blend speculates that he is probably going to fly with Poe Dameron as a member of the Black Squadron.

Star Wars toys are no indication that these characters will play a major role in the film. It might eventually come out that these were only minor characters in the film.

Slashfilm magazine has pictures of the two characters.
