‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ Villain Kylo Ren Gets The Spotlight In The Latest Released Motion Poster [See It Now!]

There is only a week or less to go before the release of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens”,  and as early as now, there are fans  willing to camp-out for a few days just to be sure that they’ll be one of the first to watch it, despite the fact that they have already bought their pre-sales ticket ahead of time. One why there is a lot of hype is because of Disney’s successful marketing strategy, and they continue to provide more of it, in several TV spots and a newly released motion poster.

According to Screenrant, one of the new characters from the dark side, Kylo Ren (Adam Driver), is highlighted in the latest released motion poster.

The first angle is a close-up shot to his mask, which then slowly pans out to get a better look of his overall appearance.

Of course, the familiar cross-guard red lightsaber is also included in the motion poster.

It ends with a text that reads “Darkness Awakens”. This heightens the perspective that Kylo Ren will be the new iconic character to carry out the villain role held by Darth Vader before.

According to We Got This Covered, speculations have been buzzing about the true identity of Kylo Ren, and some fans have theorized that he could be a child of a favorite character from the earlier installments.

Other fans even claimed that he could be the son of Princess Leia Organa (Carrie Fisher) and Han Solo (Harrison Ford),  assuming that they have indeed been together after professing their love for each other.

Ren is not his surname, but is a distinct title granted to him as he has pledged his loyalty to to the discreet and unknown Knights of Ren. Aside from this, he is believed to have a direct or close link to Darth Vader because Kylo Ren’s mask appears to be patterned after him.

Fans just need to wait for a little more time before they can dispute or verify their speculations,  since “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” will debut on Friday, December 18, 2015.
