Stephen Amell For Marvel Comic Character? The Arrow Star Confesses His Love For DC, Adores Marvel

Oliver Queen or Green Arrow having the Bruce Wayne type of aura has caught the hearts of many by his scintillating performances in the series called “Arrow.” The series, which started in 2012, revolves around Stephen Amell in as Oliver Queen or Green Arrow who is a spoiled millionaire presumed dead in the sea when his yacht is lost.

You know what they say about heroes, “Heroes Never Die,” and when in similar fashion Amell returns, he comes with an apparent agenda of cleaning up his city as a hooded vigilante on his mind. The series took Amell’s career by storm and made him one of the best super hero character ever played on the small screen, as a result of which he may be in a tug of war between the two comic book heavy weight DC and Marvel.

According to Screenrant, Amell is open to sign up for Marvel Cinematic Universe if the opportunity is right. Speaking in a Q&A session over Facebook, Amell expressed his deep love with DC comics and acknowledged the fact of how he never really read any Marvel comics.

However, Amell refused to rule out for signing with a role of super hero under the MCU hood. Amell has already signed up for TMNT as Casey Jones and with “Arrow” getting into its concluding phase, he may don a few more super hero costumes sooner rather than later.

Stephen Amell oozes the kind of style and physique required for a superhero, in addition to that, he is capable enough to serve an intense drama where needed. But with most of the super heroes in DC or Marvel already owning the robe, which remaining masks can the Canadian wear?

According to Moviepilot, Stephen Amell could easily fit in the mould of Nighthawk or perhaps Adam Warlock of the “Guardians of Galaxy,” if not Frank Castle aka “The Punisher.” Amell fan following has been steadily increasing and they want to see their rising star replace that green hood with something more spectacular and thunderous.
