Young Finn Wolfhard is set to return as Mike in Stranger Things Season 2. The new season of the Netflix series has yet to be confirmed. However, the young actor already has unusual spoilers about the show!
In the first season of Stranger Things, Finn Wolfhard plays the friend of a missing boy. He and his friends meet a mysterious girl who says she knows where he is. However, their search leads to some strange discoveries in the town of Hawkins.
Stranger Things ended with a cliffhanger that teases the second season. Finn Wolfhard did not confirm that Stranger Things Season 2 will happen soon. However, he revealed that one of his costars will have a new look when the show returns. Will Eleven have longer hair?
Wolfhard’s revelation was not about Millie Bobby Brown, who plays Eleven. Gaten Matarazzo plays Dustin Henderson in Stranger Things. The young actor suffers from cleidocranial dysplasia, which stopped the growth of his two front teeth. The condition has been written into the series. However, Wolfhard has revealed that Matarazzo has had surgery so his front teeth are now visible.
“Now Gaten has perfect pearly whites on the top,” Wolfhard told Blackburn News.
But will the writers work around Gaten Matazarro’s surgery for Stranger Things Season 2? The show will probably explain why Dustin will have his front teeth when the series returns.
Wolfhard is already looking forward to Stranger Things Season 2. In the meantime, he is working on a film that is very similar to the Netflix series.
Finn Wolfhard is currently filming the big-screen adaptation of Stephen King’s horror novel It. He will portray The Losers Club’s Richie Tozier, who has to help his friend defeat Pennywise the Clown.
There is no word yet on when Stranger Things Season 2 will begin production.
It is directed by Andres Muschietti and also stars Bill Skarsgard as Pennywise the Clown. The film is scheduled for release in 2017.
