We’ve talked about the things that fans should look out for in “Suicide Squad” and also spoke about the probable members that might not make it alive in the movie. But here are three major reasons why you should definitely watch “Suicide Squad”:
- What Culture stated is that in the world of “Suicide Squad,” all the villains/members that we are going to see would have existed for sometime, much like the Batman, which will further give an opportunity for this version of Batman to get his story explored more before he comes back with his own solo venture. Besides this the darker theme of the movie will really help in delivering what it stands for: Super villains on an expendable mission.
- Since the Squad has been asked by the Government to carry on life threatening ops for them in exchange of amnesty, most of the missions that “Suicide Squad” will be on will give you a feeling of Black Ops. Even in the trailer, Col. Rick Flagg and Deadshot can be seen leading a team of commandos and the Squad on dangerous missions with their heavy artillery. With some members in the Squad being described as “having abilities,” using them on these missions could be an added advantage provided they don’t misuse their power.
- Finally once “Suicide Squad” ends and no matter who lives and who does not, it would be interesting to see if the members are willing to participate in more Government ops or not. Since most of the members are just their because they have their own look out, maybe Deadshot, Harley Quinn, Katana, Rick Flagg could definitely be one of the returning members. For all those who don’t return, Arkham Asylum can surely provide them with more super villains like King Shark or the rather more lethal option like Deathstroke.
Movie Pilot added that despite a PG-13 rating, Jared Leto’s Joker is determined to bring forward the best adaptation fans have seen. Such was his dedication towards the movie and not to forget his portrayal, he believes he will be locked away somewhere once the movie releases. “Suicide Squad” will release on August 5th next year.
