DC and Warner Bros. will come out with two movies based on a comic book in 2016. The first is “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” of Zack Snyder and the second is “Suicide Squad” of David Ayer.
The movie from Snyder moves ahead from the happening that occurred in “Man of Steel” in 2013. This will also be the first movie in the Trinity to be released by DC named Superman (Henry Cavill), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), and Batman (Ben Affleck).
According to Screen Rant, these three movies from DC may reveal how the Justice League was formed as these heroes are the most iconic for DC. Batman v Superman is expected to take things forward as DC plans to expand its Universe of superheroes.
Talking about the movie from Ayer, which will hit the big screen after four months, will take us deep inside the villainous aspect of DCEU.
“Suicide Squad” has a good number of characters that start from not so good people to people who are really bad.
The movie will make an attempt to step aside from the strategy that is usually used in movies based on comic books, we are talking here about the murderous Joker who is quite unpredictable and then we have Amanda Waller who is quite stern and calculating.
According to Indie Wire, new movies are bringing the villain in the limelight and the makers of the movie are of the view that it will enable them to have an approach that is more character driven. Director David Ayer made a statement on the most usual elements that are there in comic book movies.
It is a fine line between success and failure when you work with comic book characters.
