We have already come across the finale of “Suits” season 5. Mike’s (Patrick J Adams) arrest for “conspiracy to commit fraud” was absolutely a shocking experience for the audience when some thought something could happen to Daniel (David Costabile) and Jack (John Pyper-Ferguson) who mainly tried to seize Pearson Specter Litt. Now the fans of “Suits” are eagerly waiting to see what would happen when the show returns in January 2016.
As reported by International Business Times UK, Aaron Korsh, senior executive producer and showrunner, echoed that the returning of season 5 will mainly focus on conflicts around Mike. He had also teased a “courage-change” for the show.
While Korsh was asked in a conversation with TV.com, whether or not Mike and Rachel’s (Meghan Markle) marriage would be postponed or cancelled, his answer was a ray of hope for the “Suits” enthusiasts.
“They are certainly not gonna have it in the same form. We are working on that. I can’t spoil it…” Korsh said.
“The rules of confession are that he absolutely cannot hand Mike in, in my mind. That doesn’t mean he didn’t. But it’s very interesting. It is everybody’s first question: who turned Mike in? That wasn’t my first question. My first question, both as a writer and when I put myself in the shoes of our characters, is: What the f-k are we going to do to get out of it, if anything?” Korsh told in an interview with TV Line.
Korsh also had put some light on Louis’ (Rick Hoffman) fate. While defending Louis, he said Harvey (Gabriel Macht) had promised him that he would never sleep with his sister Esther (Amy Acker). Louis was also slapped by Harvey in one episode. But, according to Korsh, Louis is undeniably very loyal and loving to his family and firm. He would probably have some moments of heroism in the coming days.
“Suits” season 5 episode is expected to return in the winter on USA Network.
