Discussing Sequel With Ryan Coogler

The superstar also revealed that he is in discussion with the director Ryan Coogler for a sequel of “Creed“. According to Stallone, he is planning to reunite Rocky and his late friend Apollo Creed in the sequel. In “Creed”, the son of Apollo, Adonis Donnie Creed played by Michael B. Jordan was shown for the first time since Rocky IV was released in 1985.

The Oscar-winning star said that Coogler had some ideas of going backward and forward and to bring Apollo and Rocky together, similar to ‘The Godfather 2.’ According to Sylvester Stallone, it is a kind of ambitious plot.
