According to Comicbook.com, the 42-second trailer entitled “Goodluck” was short, but sweet video clip. It shows a conversation between Neeson’s character and Forest Whitaker’s character. In the clip, Neeson asks Whitaker to give him at least two days to prove his innocence. Whitaker refuses telling Neeson that it’s his job to turn him in and let the law decide to which Neeson responds with “Goodluck.”
In “Taken 3” or aptly named “Tak3n”, Liam Neeson returns as Bryan Mills, whose life is shattered when he’s falsely accused of a murder that hits close to home. Now, he needs to return to his CIA roots in order to find the real killer and redeem himself against a savvy police officer. Neeson will be joined by Forest Whitaker, who plays one of the lawful authorities who hunts down Neeson. The film also stars Maggie Grace and Famke Janssen who reprise their roles as Kim Mills and Lenore "Lenny" Mills respectively.
In a previous interview, Neeson said he only signed on for the sequel on the provision that nobody was going to get taken this time. “This time, no more traveling – If my daughter was ‘taken’ again on a trip, Bryan Mills would have to be certifiably locked up for bad parenting." Neeson said in the interview.
