Last month, it was said that the shooting for the second part of “Kingsman: The Secret Service” will start from March 2016, but as per the latest reports, the team will start shooting for the same from April 2016. It was finalized recently after sorting out the issues relating to the shoot clash of Taron Egerton’s “Robin Hood: Origins.”
Yes, the tensed situation which aroused with the two movies’ similar time for shooting has come to an end by giving first preference to the Kingsman’s sequel and shifting Robin Hood’s shoot further. This is really a very understandable situation as the distribution houses are not same for both the films. Robin Hood is Liongate’s project whereas Fox, together with MARV Films, is looking after Kingsman 2, revealed The Hollywood Reporter.
It is like a sigh of relief for Taron Egerton, as previously, it was speculated that he has to select one out of the two films but the actor’s tension released with the decision of Lionsgate’s shifting the shoot to summer end next year, and most likely he will wrap up the Fox-MARV project shoot by that time, reported THR.
It was also revealed that the star is also attached with another project titled “Crooks County,” a story of a whistleblower engaged as a FBI undercover agent for 1980s Cook County, Illinois, operation. Aron Gaudet and Gita Pullapilly are believed to be associated with the script writing part which will focus on the convictions of government officials in the huge number in American history.
Well, all these points clearly highlighting that the demand of Taron Egerton is increasing day by day and the upcoming year will be a busy year for him. So, let us wish the star all the very best for his upcoming projects.
