Taylor Swift took fans back in time as she posted an Instagram video of her 4-year-old self on Monday, and captioned it: “Christmas 1993, on a very important phone call with Britany.”
The 20-year-old Christmas home video shows the pop star at the tender age of 4 talking on the phone. It shows exactly how the innocent baby girl with a wavy blond bob has come far the 24-year-old singer who is now considered as one of the biggest musical stars today.
Not only is Taylor Swift one of the biggest stars around, her latest song “Sweeter than Fiction” has already received a Golden Globe nomination.
“I got a text from Lena (Dunham) as soon as it happened, and she’s like, ‘Holy Golden Globe nomination!’ ” Taylor told Entertainment Weekly.
Taylor’s latest hit “Sweeter than Fiction” accompanied the release of the British indie comedy film “One Chance,” which follows a true story of an amateur opera singer who won “Britain’s Got Talent.”
“I texted back: ‘Don’t lie, that’s not funny,'” the singer continued. “I called her up and I was screaming. And she was screaming. And then Jack woke up, and he was screaming. It happened on my birthday so it was the most unbelievable occurrence.”
But the young star is still ambitious to go further highs in her career. She told that she’s ready to strive harder to reach next step and win another Grammy, and “would love to get to go to the Oscars someday.”
