Teen Wolf Season 4 Recap: Weaponized
Dylan O’Brien speaking at the 2013 San Diego Comic Con International, for “Teen Wolf”, at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California.

Previously on “Teen Wolf” Season 4 Episode 7 “Weaponized” (air date: Aug. 4, 2014), the gang was in the middle of taking the PSATs when an outbreak hit the school. Read on for the full recap.

The teen wolves got ready for the biggest exams of their lives as normal teenagers. They stepped away from the supernatural for a while and focused on how they could ace the examination. Along with Maila and Kira, Scoot and Stiles took their exams at school.

While everyone was hard at work concentrating, the PSATs session was suddenly interrupted when Sydney, their classmate, looked sick. She was immediately inspected by Mrs. Martin. She learned that Sydney had a terrible rash on her wrist just liked the same one she saw on the coach’s back. Now, it was all over his back too! Uh-oh, it looks like there’s a plague dawning on Beacon Hills High.

With the turn of events, the school was closed and quarantined. Cell phones were asked to be put away, and the students in the building were left in the dark while the school staff figure out what to do.

Satomi brought another member named Deaton, who suffered from the virus spreading in the school. Derek and Braeden went rushing to the hospital. Braeden found out that the virus was meant to kill werewolves after learning that Scott was infected too.

In other news, Lydia still felt guilty for Meredith, and she really wanted to say sorry to her. She was in the room where she set up flowers, perfume and a teddy bear. She was hoping to communicate with Meredith so she could tell her how sorry she was. Just like magic, Meredith sent her a message.

Malia asked  Kira if their boyfriends are keeping secrets from them, but Kira avoided the question. Sheriff Stillinski learned that the orphans were not just the killers in town. On the other hand, Scott and Malia were still sick, and they knew they have to go to the Hale vault while Stiles and Kira also got infected by the virus.

Malia was the only person who can open the Hale vault. She admitted that she knows that she was on the dead pool list. When they got in the vault, Stiles and  Malia started talking about the millions of dollars that they have. Scott and Stiles also talked on how they would tell Malia about Peter.

Meanwhile, Deaton realized that the purple tea that Derek’s mom made her drink was the cure, and they got one in the vault.  However, Kira, Malia and Scott were too weak.

When Stiles went to the office, a teacher came out of nowhere. The teacher told him that the Benefactor paid him, and he pulled a gun towards Stiles. The teacher also revealed that the virus can’t kill humans, and all he wanted to know was where his friends were. Stiles gave him wrong information just to save himself from taking a bullet from the teacher’s gun. Apparently, there were two killers in the school, but luckily, Satomi was able to kill the other one while the creepy teacher was handled by McCall.

At the vault,  Stiles  told them that the cure was there. Scott and the others were saved. Just when things were finally going, Malia found out about her true identity and brushed off Stiles when he tried to come to her.
