The Big Bang Theory Spoiler: The Champagne Reflection

The Big Bang Theory” Season 8 Episode 10 “The Champagne Reflection” will air on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2014, at 8:00 p.m. on CBS. Sheldon and Amy will film the last of “Fun With Flags,” while Bernadette discovers something about her boss. Before we get into the details, let’s do a quick recap of what happened in the last episode.

In “The Septum Deviation” (air date: Nov. 13, 2014), Leonard (Johnny Galecki) was advised to undergo surgery for his deviated septum, and this caused some problems with Sheldon (Jim Parsons). He was against it and cited the many different ways Leonard could die in surgery. But Leonard went ahead with it in secret, at first.

Later, Sheldon found out that his friend was actually having surgery, so he demanded Amy (Mayin Bailik) to bring him to the hospital. While there, an earthquake and a power interruption happened, causing Sheldon to panic even more. When he ran towards the operating room, he smashed his face on the glass door. So then, both Sheldon and Leonard had bandages on their noses, for different reasons.

Meanwhile, Raj’s (Kunal Nayyar) parents were getting a divorce. This lead Howard (Simon Helberg) and Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) to examine their relationship. They didn’t want to let years of resentment get the best of their marriage, so Bernadette suggested they discuss any frustrations they have with each other now. But Howard instead wanted to talk about the positive side of their marriage. Their discussion, however, ended on a passive aggressive note.

Spoiler Alert: “The Big Bang Theory” Season 8 Episode 10 “The Champagne Reflection” will air on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2014, at 8:00 p.m. on CBS.

After the revelations during the fake prom episode, fans of Shamy may be wondering what will happen to the couple next. In an interview with ET Online, Mayin Bailik said that the relationship between Sheldon and Amy will not rush with the physical aspect, so coitus may still be out of the question.

“I think we’re as together as we need to be right now. I think there’s a lot of anticipation and for me I think that’s a lot of the sweetness. We sort of keep riding that wave and enjoying each other the way that we are,” said Bailik in the interview.

However, Shamy will have another special moment in the upcoming episode airing this Thursday, Nov. 20, 2014, as Sheldon will be filming the last of “Fun With Flags” with her. The two will actually look back on the good times they’ve had doing Sheldon’s series. LeVar Burton will return as Sheldon’s special guest, according to TV Line.

Meanwhile, Bernadette’s boss will return in this episode as well, and she will find out what her boss actually feels about her (which viewers already know in an earlier episode).

The rest of the boys will go through the belongings of an old professor who died. What will they end up discovering?

The episode is written by Steven Molaro, Tara Hernandez and David Saltzberg, with Mark Cendrowski as the director.

And there you have it for the details on “The Big Bang Theory” Season 8 Episode 10 “The Champagne Reflection” which will air on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2014, at 8:00 p.m. on CBS.
