“The Good Dinosaur” has gone through a lot and has faced numerous production issues. But a recent conversation with Pixar Animator Matt Nolte and director Peter Sohn proves that all is well and settled now. “The Good Dinosaur” is sure to hit theatres on Nov. 25, 2015.
“The Good Dinosaur” will tell a tale of the world where dinosaurs didn’t go extinct but a good dinosaur named Arlo lost his way from home due to an acciden. Then, he met a cave-child and, together they set on a journey to find back Arlo’s home.
“The Good Dinosaur” is going to convey a strong message to children to learn to face their fears. Arlo is going to be away from home, he is going to discover many new beautiful things and, he will conquer his fear. Arlo is soon going to be in theatres to learn about his inner powers.
Pixar’s “The Good Dinosaur” will be directed by Peter Sohn, in his interview with Independent, Sohn explained the theme saying that it is strong yet simple in all its beauty. He also expressed his happiness over being related to Pixar.
“At Pixar it’s like a tribe where everyone loves movies passionately. When I was at Warner Brothers years ago, when you were done with a job everyone was laid off and you had to find another gig. It was competitive and cutthroat. Pixar doesn’t work that way. They try to create a community when after your film’s done, you can stay and hang on a little bit.” Sohn said.
In his interview with Daily Bruin, Pixar’s character developer Matt Nolte also expressed his happiness over being able to work on “The Good Dinosaur” project. He is grateful that with Pixar’s development from Cars, they have come till Dinosaurs.
