The Good Wife” Season 6 Episode 6 “Old Spice” aired on Sunday, Oct. 26, 2014, at 9:00 p.m. on CBS. Cary was rearrested, while Alicia was interviewed by Pastor Jeremiah for her campaign. Read on to learn more about this episode.

Previously on “The Good Wife” (“Old Spice”), Camilla Vargas (Jan Maxwell), CEO of J-Serve, was being sued for trade secret theft which was then elevated to economic espionage. Alicia (Julianna Margulies) and Elsbeth Tascioni (Carrie Preston) represented Camilla against Josh Perotti (Kyle Maclachlan). However, the case was not the highlight of this episode, but Elsbeth and Josh’s flirting. While on trial, Josh could not keep his eyes on Elsbeth. Remember the look on his face when she said she was married?

Elsbeth called Alicia to remind her that they have a meeting with Josh at his office. Alicia told Elsbeth that it was rescheduled. Elsbeth freaked out that she was the only one that did not receive the message and assumed that Josh did it on purpose. (Elsbeth was informed, though, through Fantasia.)

The scene where Josh found out that Elsbeth avoids sidewalk grates was cute. Another funny scene was when Elsbeth was singing “Call Me Maybe.” Then Josh showed up in her office, and they did it on the desk. And yes, while the Carly Rae Jepsen hit was playing. Oh, those buttons!

The next day, the ever reliable Kalinda (Archie Panjabi) found out that years ago, the same Chinese company bought a firewall program with similar coding. It was unfair to sue J-Serve. Elsbeth showed up at Josh’s office and told him about what they camp has found out. And the evidence went down to that shredder. But wait, Elsbeth would not quit just like that. She recorded their conversation. Josh argued that it would not be honored in court as  two parties should consent to the recording. However, Elsbeth countered that in Illinois, only one consent is needed — her consent. So Josh showed up for the next trial to drop the charges to Camilla. Elsbeth and Josh shook hands and then smelled their hands after.

Louis Canning (Michael J. Fox) slammed Diane (Christine Baranski) that if she evicts them, she would have to pay. Diane had to be around the premises in order for the lease to take effect. However, she walked out and left for Florrick-Agos weeks ago. Just when Diane was about to give up, Kalinda had a plan. They hired Howard Lyman as Diane’s rep while she was away and promised him that he will get to try cases. David Lee (Zach Grenier) and Louis had no choice but to leave the premises.

Cary (Matt Czuchry) was rearrested. Joy Grubick (Linda Lavin) was waiting for Cary in his apartment when he arrived drunk with a girl who claimed that they will use drugs later. He tried to explain to Grubick but to no avail. While in court, Diane defended Cary, but the judge refused to listen as Cary violated the terms of his bail. He would rely on Grubick’s recommendation. Then we saw the old lady interviewing Kalinda.

They showed up when Grubick stated the recommendations. The highlights were: a curfew until 9:00 p.m. and no contact with Kalinda as the pretrial services officer finds her dangerous.

Pastor Jeremiah (Frankie Faison) interviewed Alicia regarding her views on religion. Although Johnny Elfman (Steven Pasquale) recommended that Alicia should not press the fact that she is an atheist, she did not admit though that she suddenly believes in Christ. She was more of “open.” The interview ended with Pastor Jeremiah praying over Alicia.

The episode ended with Diane and Alicia going to the Lockhart-Gardner office and saw the mess that David and Louis left. It was a touching moment when Alicia took Will’s (Josh Charles) office, although Diane offered hers.
