Read on to learn more about this episode.
The episode started with Alicia talking to a group of people. Later on, it was revealed that it was just a part of a video editing for her campaign ad.
The campaign team called a meeting. They opened up about the marital status of Alicia and her husband Peter (Chris Noth). Johnny (Steven Pasquale) and Eli (Alan Cumming) suggested to set an interview alongside Peter. Alicia refused as she felt uncomfortable with Peter.
Alicia's campaign ad also included the shoot out during the court trial. Finn (Matthew Goode) also appeared in the ad. The campaign manager aims to make the campaign go viral. As much as possible, they want Alicia's image to be seen in a positive way. Alicia suggested to open up about the scandal she was involved with, but her PAC didn't agree with it.
Cary and Diane (Christine Baranski) were invited by the FBI to their office. They presented another audio recording where Cary and Bishop were having an argument. The wanted Cary to testify against Bishop. This was tough for Cary as Bishop is a client.
Cary met Kalinda’s (Archie Panjabi) current girlfriend Lana Delaney (Jill Flint). Moreover, the FBI warned Cary that he was in danger because Bishop might soon testify against him. After learning that Bishop might kill him, Cary became paranoid. Cary then revealed to Diane that the wiretap was a fake.
Diane told Kalinda what they'd talked about with the FBI. She told Kalinda that Cary's life was in danger. Having learned that, Kalinda hired a bodyguard and investigated. Alicia arrived in the law office and Frank Prady (David Hyde Pierce) had been waiting for her. He asked for Alicia's time to discuss something. He revealed that his PAC gave him a box, which would be useful against Alicia. Frank told Alicia that he wanted a fair game as he's confident that he could win the game without harming his opponent. That's why he addressed a friendly competition in politics. Frank gave his number, but Alicia doubted his agenda.
When she went home, she opened the box. The first set of pictures seemed that there was nothing to worry about, but she soon saw the photos of Ramona Lytton (Connie Nielsen) and Peter together. In other words, Peter was having an affair with Ramona.
Alicia called Peter and demanded to come for an interview. As part of their campaign, the couple appeared in public. It was an awkward moment for Alicia to see Ramona that day. When they rode in their car, Alicia already revealed to Peter that she already knew about his affair with Ramona. She warned Peter not to sleep with her again or else their political career will be affected.
Alicia met with her PAC again ,and her team presented a video against her opponent, Prady. The video was actually hilarious and meant to be used for online viraling. Alicia disapproved it.
Cary arrived at the law office. He was surprised that Bishop was there. Meanwhile, Bishop wondered why Cary had a bodyguard. Cary then called Kalinda that Bishop was in the office.
Alicia called Prady for a meeting. She asked Prady about his intentions, but he insisted that he won't do anything to harm Alicia. However, his PAC made a viral ad against her. Alicia called him if he knows about it.
To end his paranoia, Cary told his bodyguard that he will go to Bishop's house. Kalinda learned about this and told Cary to leave the house. But when he was about to leave, Bishop confronted him. Cary had no choice but to tell Bishop what the FBI told him. Bishop said that he won't harm Cary if he will not do anything against him.
Without Alicia's knowledge, the dinosaur campaign against Prady had been leaked. She called Prady about it and explained that her team had no intention to launch it.
