“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” Season 5 Episode 8 “Wining and Dining” aired last Jan. 6, 2015 at 9:00 p.m. on Bravo. Lisa Vanderpump talks with her husband Ken before going to lunch with Brandi. She asks Ken if he wants to go with her, but he declines. Read on for what happens next.

In the restaurant, Brandi tells Lisa that she wants to move forward with her. Lisa asks her why she still wants to be friends with her when she believed all the negative things about the Vanderpumps.  Brandi says that she cares for Lisa, but Lisa asks her if she really does. She answers that if she does not care for Lisa, she would have not invited her for lunch. Lisa reminds that Ken actually cared and defended Brandi from people who talk trash about her, so he feels betrayed by the things Brandi said about him. The wife thinks that Ken will need a very long time to forgive Brandi. Brandi backfires Lisa that the Vanderpump couple left her when she needed them. She feels bad because the Vanderpump pair was like her pseudo parents. When Lisa asked her if she believes they can go back to being friends, Brandi says she is optimistic because they have “very similar personalities.” Lisa does not think they are the same. She thinks they can have fun together again if Brandi apologizes. Brandi says she will if Lisa apologizes as well.

Meanwhile, Yolanda is supporting her daughter Bella in a photo shoot for Beverly Hills Lifestyle Magazine. It can be a good comeback for her daughter since the humiliation of DUI. On set, Bella is doing sexy poses with an open blazer that shows her cleavage and a black underwear. Yolanda is one proud mother.

Back to Brandi and Lisa’s heated lunch meeting, Brandi reminds Lisa that she is hurt by being forced to mingle with Scheana who slept with her ex-husband. Scheana is Lisa’s close employee. Lisa apologizes to Brandi for that. Brandi gladly accepts the apology because she knows Lisa rarely apologizes to anyone. She apologizes back to Lisa because of repeating nasty rumors about the Vanderpumps. She says both of them have been an “ass” with each other. Lisa tells Brandi that she still wants to be friends with her. Brandi says that is all she wanted from her. Lisa still thinks that Brandi is the most unpredictable person she has ever met and does not know what to expect from her. She tells her to make up with her fault by paying for lunch. She also wants a free take-out. Brandi laughs and says Lisa is taking advantage of her.

Kyle promised to teach Alexia how to do laundry, so she leads her to the laundry room. She thinks it is one of the most important preparations before sending her to college. In the kitchen, she gets emotional and tells her daughter that if she will not be happy anymore, she can come back anytime. She remembers Bella’s DUI that makes her nervous about Alexia leaving her. Alexia cries with her as well.

Rinna, Eileen, Brandi and Yolanda are having drinks in a restaurant. Brandi gets uneasy when Eileen shares about cheating on her ex-husband. Eileen sympathizes with Brandi’s experience, but she believes that there is no third party when the relationship is okay. Then Brandi admits that she is a big fan of “The Days of Our Lives” and Eileen’s crazy character who steals other women’s man. She asks Eileen to portray her evil character. Eileen does not want to. She jokes that she will only do it for money. Brandi gives her some cash. Eileen says with finality that she will not portray her character in front of them. Suddenly, Brandi throws wine on Eileen’s face. Yolanda and Rinna are horrified.

Yolanda throws a dinner party and invited all of her friends. As expected, Brandi’s issue with Eileen spreads out. Eileen tells the story in detail to Lisa who is not very surprised. When Brandi arrived, it gets awkward with the housewives. She asks Eileen if she can talk to her, and Eileen agrees without any hesitations. In the poolside, she gives her a necklace as a peace offering. Eileen admits that she sees Brandi like a crazy superfan. Brandi cannot stop saying sorry and says she does not know why she did it. Eileen accepts her apology because she does not want grudges. However, she will never trust her again.

The Brandi mania continues when the Foster couple stops her from flirting with the famous singer Babyface who has his wife beside him on the long table. Brandi tries to change the topic by looking at the wife’s ring. She criticizes that it is too small. Lisa straightforwardly tells her that it is not right to say that in front of Babyface. She thinks it is embarrassing for a man’s ego. While everyone is roasting marshmallows near a bonfire, Brandi suddenly sits on David’s lap. She calls Yolanda to check them out.

Eileen and Rinna run away from the scene because they cannot take Brandi anymore. They both think she is crazy. Rinna says she wants to take care of her and at the same time, “spank” her. She thinks Brandi is “wounded.”

While David is explaining a simple game in front of the guests, Brandi suddenly asks him why he is making gestures with his hands as if he is “finger-banging” his wife. Everybody is shocked with the term and laughs. Babyface tries to change the mood by singing a freestyle song with Kyle’s random title “I Love My Life.” While singing a romantic song, he suddenly inserts finger-banging in the lyrics. The party turns out fun for everyone.
