Ed Sheeran Thinks True Love is ‘Hard To Find;’ ‘Thinking Out Loud’ Singer Shares Inspiration for His Songs
Ed Sheeran says that looking after her parents are the highlight of his career.

Ed Sheeran may be successful in his career as a musician, but “The A Team” singer recently shared what he considered as the highlight of his career. He also talked about having children. Does he have someone to marry already? Read on for more details.

According to Mirror Online, a sell-out concert with an attendance of 250,000 people or playing Wembley was not what Ed Sheeran considered as the highlight of his career. Instead, looking after her parents (father John Sheeran and mother Imogen Sheeran) was, for him, the greatest accomplishment.

“Being able to really pay my parents – not just financially – but being able to give them the things they wouldn’t have ever dreamed off. Seeing them going off doing their thing is probably the best thing that’s come out of my career. They’re going around the world and for me to see that is great,” Sheeran told Mirror Online.

Sheeran was also inspired by his parents’ and grandparents’ examples of what it means to love truly, saying that it’s hard to find what they had. He also hoped to marry and have children.

It seemed they were behind the song “Thinking Out Loud.” Furthermore, it sounded Sheeran is ready for marriage. Who would that lucky woman be?

Dad John Sheeran and Mom Imogen Sheeran’s Training on Ed Sheeran and His Brother

In a separate Mirror Online report, Sheeran spoke of the beginnings of his career, which could be traced back in his home.

His parents were certain that their children were stimulated rather than giving them devices that kids normally use today. His parents also decided not to allow them glued on TV and video game console for hours.

“So all the time my friends were playing Grand Theft Auto, I was sat there practicing the guitar over and over and over again,” Sheeran said.

The talented crooner also pointed his dad as the one of those people who stirred him to music. It seems that his father saw him not being inspired by trigonometry and science but through playing and watching music. So his Dad would buy him CDs and other musical stuff.

“It was something that I was actually passionate about and worked hard for. So he took me to shows as often as he could, from when I was very young,” Sheeran recollected.

Sheeran has an older brother Matthew Sheeran who composes classical music. And thanks to their parents who protected their potentials by not spoiling them with gadgets, TVs, and video games, they grew up successful in their field.

Today, the “Thinking Out Loud” singer is a recipient of Best Male Solo Artist, Album of the Year, Best International Rock/Pop Male Artist, and others.
