It seems that comedian Tracy Morgan is back in the game as a performer and entertainer after a year of laying low and recovering from the horrible car accident he had last year. Recently, the comedian made an emotional appearance in last September’s Emmy Awards, and it seems that he is slowly and surely getting back into the entertainment industry as several reports have noted that his schedule is currently full again, with performances on the stage and on the small screen. Read on to learn more about Tracy Morgan’s plans as a comedian and performance for this year.
In this past year, comedian and performer Tracy Morgan has been lying low in order to recuperate due to the almost fatal car accident, which claimed the life of a fellow comedian and good friend of his, and put him in a coma for a while, last year.
However, it seems that the performer is back in entertainment industry for the foreseeable future, especially as he recently gave an emotional speech at Emmy Awards.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the comedian, last Monday, October 12, 2015, performed a stand up routine at New York’s Comedy Cellar, which was followed by an act by comedian Mike Lawrence, who was impressed and intimidated by the act, as he claimed it as a “tough act to follow.”
This, according to the picture that Morgan posted on Twitter of himself at Comedy Celler, is the first time that he performed on stage again after sixteen months of occurrence of the unfortunate accident.
