On a normal day in London, you would never see Bumblebee cruising around Buckingham palace. Maybe just the guards and a few tourists here and there. But one fine day, Transformers 5: The Last Knight decides to take their cameras to the streets of London.
Transformers 5: The Last Knight is set to take on a medieval twist. Which is why London is the perfect place for it. The movie focuses on the history between the Decepticons and the Autobots. In the previous movies, the robots are seen hiding and sleeping for several decades. Hundreds of years, for some, even. And this latest installment goes back to the time of King Arthur.
The production initially started in Detroit then Cuba. Now it moves to London and near Buckingham Palace. Photos from Coming Soon show Bumblebee and Hot Rod cruising around town in their non-robot form. Also, actress Laura Haddock is seen riding gunshot in Bumblebee. (See 88 set photos here.)
It does not fully show if Mark Wahlberg is in the driver’s seat. But somebody clearly is. So do not be alarmed! That is the beauty of movie making. A professional driver is most likely driving the iconic Autobot around town when in vehicle mode.
A fan also catches the cars rushing through the streets. Luckily, she’s able to video the experience.

While London is not going to see them in Autobot mode, it’s exciting to see a fan favorite character anyway. What is more exciting is that the yellow bot is getting his own stand-alone film! A Bumblebee spin-off is already set for release on June 8, 2018. However, details about the movie are unknown. It may focus on his origins and how he really got his voice box broken. Maybe fans are going to hear him talk in his real voice?
These will have to do for now because of Transformers 5: The Last Knight is not out until it hits theaters on June 23, 2017.
