“True Blood” Season 7 Episode 1 is finally here! In the first episode of “True Blood” Season 7 “Jesus Gonna Be Here” (air date: June 22, 2014), we found Sookie back to where she was when we first met here in the very first season, which is at “Merlotte’s” (now called “Bellefleur’s”) and was being bombarded by thoughts of the customers on how intolerable she is.
The whole town was under attack by Hep-V infected vampires and within 5 minutes of the show, someone was killed already and it was Tara. Detective Andy Bellefleur is at home and heard about what happened from Jason so he went to the bar and Bill told him that Alcide and Sam went after the H-vamps, trying to save Arlene and Holly. Bill suggested that they look in buildings because these are the perfect nests for the vamps, places with no windows and have basements.
Bill and Andy found the nesting spot of the vamps and they saw some dead humans who are hanging upside down. In the building, they also found Vince who doesn’t understand that vampires such as Bill can be helpful when getting the whole H-Vamps situation under control. Andy agreed with Vince that they should kill so Vince gave Andy the gun and once Andy got it he pulled it on the rebels and told them to get out.
Another death of two characters happened in the very first episode, which were the deaths of Holly and Arlene. Andy dropped Bill off at his house and revealed that he kept him alive because he needs his help in finding Holly and Arlene but Bill told Andy that vampires like him are really not good and they will not be good.
In other news, James and Lafayette returned to Lafayette’s home and talked about Tara’s death and Lafayette was so relieved that she’s already dead after dying once. Alcide lectured Sookie for walking home alone after the dangerous attack. Jessica was tasked to protect Adilyn Bellefleur at her home while Andy was out trying to get the whole situation under control. Adilyn’s scent was so tempting for Jessica and all to vampires so Jessica stayed outside of the house. Adilyn pulled down the window to talk to Jessica and they bonded but the whole thing ended when a vampire picked up Adilyn’s scent and wanted a piece of her. After this, Adilyn invited Jessica inside her home before the sun rises and Jessica was instantly drawn to Adilyn but she resisted biting her.
Vince threatened Sam that he will tell everyone that he is a shape-shifter but Sam pleaded with him not to say anything. Pam was in Morocco looking for Eric while Eric’s new vamp, Willa, was taking care of Lettie Mae, Tara’s mother.
It looks like the whole Bon Temps is blaming Sookie Stackhouse for the deaths.
