In “Tyrant” Season 2, Episode 3 “Faith” Bassam finally goes to prayer to seek guidance from God, while Jamal grieves the attack that happened. Read below for the full recap.
Tariq has been itching to kill some of the people against him. On the other hand, Jamal unleashes the monster inside of him only for a little bit, though. However, it looks like Tariq and Jamal have conflicting views on what to do with the attackers. Jamal wanted was to bring justice but Tariq went murderous and killed them outright. And of course, Jamal didn’t like what happened. He almost choked Tariq to death but Tariq had an argument to offer: there is no one left to challenge the Al-Fayeed dynasty.
Well, that’s what they think.
Bassam is alive and the family who took him in is risking their lives just to keep him. Of course, Bassam didn’t let them know who he really is. He said that his real name is Halil, a former Al-Fayeed political prisoner. The family wants to ensure this so they called an army friend to find out if there is an escaped prisoner named Halil. When the army friend came by, Kasim claimed that Halil is his cousin. But Kasim made sure to let Bassam know that they are not going to protect him for long. It was because he’s putting them all in danger so he might want to start telling the truth.
Jamal, on the other hand, is having some doubts about his wife. He thinks that she’s the one who ordered Tariq to kill the people. On the other hand, Ahmed was very pleased with what happened because he thinks that the people deserved the attack.
Meanwhile, Molly caught Sammy having sex with another guy but she didn’t freak out at all. Sammy is using sex to grieve for his father whom he thinks doesn’t love him until he found out that he inherited $100 million.
